Family Health Center, Inc. (FHC) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) located in Laurel, Ellisville, Sandersville, Taylorsville, and Waynesboro Mississippi.

Family Health Center provides a full range of services, including Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Dental, and an in-house Pharmacy. We also provide a plethora of other services for our service populations.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality, lowest cost health care possible to the patients in our community.

Family Health Center, Inc. (FHC) is a private, non-profit corporation 501(c)(3) which is governed by a community-based Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of members who use Family Health Center as their center for primary healthcare and who are community representatives. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
